DECA FLASH – DECA ICDC | Grand Opening Session 1 Seating

Attached is the seating chart and instructions for Grand Opening Session – 1. Please share this important information with your chapter advisors. It will also be distributed in tomorrow’s DECA Direct Weekly, which is primarily ICDC related articles, available on decadirect.org and on the #DECAICDC app.

Please encourage your advisors and members to exit Hall D quickly and safely at the conclusion of the Grand Opening Session so that we can reset the hall for the second session.

We are working closely with the Anaheim Convention Center, DECA’s production company, Anaheim Resort Transit, the hotels and security to make this as well organized and safe as possible.  We certainly appreciate your cooperation and support, as well as your local chapter advisors.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
Chris

DECA FLASH – ICDC adult assistance

Happy Monday!

I will be finalizing our adult assistance assignments by tomorrow morning.  My apologies for not getting this out sooner.  We typically rotate the days you are assigned every year for those of you that are veterans.

If by chance you have a concrete plan one of the days of the conference, could you please let me know by the end of the day so I can try to make it possible without having to try to change assignments once it is sent out tomorrow.

Please keep in mind that every advisor is needed in order to fulfill the quota we are required to provide – this then means that even if you are attending the New Advisor Academy (or part of), you will still have an assignment.

Thank you!

Jackie
