Updated Event Guidelines

I am forwarding this again as it makes me nervous that some may use incorrect guidelines for events listed below.  DO NOT USE THE DECA GUIDE FOR THESE EVENTS.  But rather use these files as they were corrected AFTER the DECA guide was published and mailed out.
Have a great day!  Good luck with your prep for state!

Years of Service Update

YOS MN – Minnesota

There seems to be some errors on the years of service that National DECA has recorded.  I am thinking that the years are actually one year over what is on the attachment.  Could you please review and if your name is indicated for 5, 10 etc., is it correct?

Please advise.

Thank you for your service – we are strong because of you!

Subject: RE: DECA/Otis Spunkmeyer Scholarship Deadline- January 13!

Good Morning!

With our scholarship deadline coming to a close on Friday, January 13th, I wanted to send out an additional reminder regarding our Otis Spunkmeyer scholarship opportunity.

This year, Otis Spunkmeyer will be providing 10 members the opportunity to earn $1,000 in scholarship funds. With Otis Spunkmeyer being a proud  sponsor of our SBE academy, they are looking for an applicant that operates an SBE within their chapter and sells Otis Spunkmeyer products. This scholarship is open to all high school grade levels. Please urge your students to take full advantage of this incredible opportunity!

Please have your students click here to apply for our Otis Spunkmeyer scholarship, as well as the numerous scholarships available to them. Also, remind your students that they will need to create a new account for the 2016-17 school year to be eligible.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time or have your students to contact me with any questions. If you have received this message twice, please disregard.
