Please log back in and double check all spelling as well as what tracks you have selected for students. We have had challenges with students not going to color groups assigned which creates many problems with seating accommodations so we will try to not randomize so that they are more likely to be together. Room sizes and assignments are based upon the numbers in each track so it is imperative that they participate in track that you select for them….please make certain that your attendees understand this. We will have monitors at the door to make certain the students are going to their assigned room.
YOU CAN STILL ADD ATENDEES – but you are not able to change t-shirt sizes on original submissions as the order has been finalized.
Monday breakouts are all by student choice not track.
The schedule is still in the works and the program book will not be available until right before the conference. However there was one thing that was not in the preliminary agenda and that is the evening breakout that is the leadership track continuing after the dinner break.

When working with changes with the Hyatt, please keep in mind that they are finalizing 400 room reservations – your patience is appreciated!
